Something Wonderful

I recieved this in my email yesterday. I think it may be from one of the scam artists whom say they are from Nigeria and request things that are illegal. Well, whoever it is from, this one message is very nice. Here it is:

Friendship is sharing with laugher & Happiness!
Friendship is helping each other when it seems there's no hope!
Friendship is taking time to encourage one another!

In Friendship you and I can learn from each other also offer good advice to our selves especially in some circumstances that is beyond our control.

There's a miracle called "Friendship." Oh what a miracle in just keeping it real! The "Friendship" dwells way down deep in the heart and soul of a person or individuals.
You don't know how this "Friendship" happens. It just happens so soulfully. It is a light from the "Friendship" that provides sunlight to the soul whenever it happens. But you know and you have to recognize the gift from above.

Barbaric 'honour killings' become the weapon to subjugate women in Iraq

Murder of a girl who became infatuated with a British soldier highlights a disturbing new trend

By Terri Judd
Monday, 28 April 2008

'Honour killings' in Iraq: victim Du'a Khalil Aswad

At first glance Shawbo Ali Rauf appears to be slumbering on the grass, her pale brown curls framing her face, her summer skirt spread about her. But the awkward position of her limbs and the splattered blood reveal the true horror of the scene.

The 19-year-old Iraqi was, according to her father, murdered by her own in-laws, who took her to a picnic area in Dokan and shot her seven times. Her crime was to have an unknown number on her mobile phone. Her "honour killing" is just one in a grotesque series emerging from Iraq, where activists speak of a "genocide" against women in the name of religion.

In the latest such case, it was reported yesterday that a 17-year-old girl, Rand Abdel-Qader, was stabbed to death last month by her father for becoming infatuated with a British soldier serving in southern Iraq.

In Basra alone, police acknowledge that 15 women a month are murdered for breaching Islamic dress codes. Campaigners insist it is a conservative figure.

Violence against women is rampant, rising every day with the power of the militias. Beheadings, rapes, beatings, suicides through self-immolation, genital mutilation, trafficking and child abuse masquerading as marriage of girls as young as nine are all on the increase.

Du'a Khalil Aswad, 17, from Nineveh, was executed by stoning in front of mob of 2,000 men for falling in love with a boy outside her Yazidi tribe. Mobile phone images of her broken body transmitted on the internet led to sectarian violence, international outrage and calls for reform. Her father, Khalil Aswad, speaking one year after her death in April last year, has revealed that none of those responsible had been prosecuted and his family remained "outcasts" in their own tribe.

"My daughter did nothing wrong," he said. "She fell in love with a Muslim and there is nothing wrong with that. I couldn't protect her because I got threats from my brother, the whole tribe. They insisted they were gong to kill us all, not only Du'a, if she was not killed. She was mutilated, her body dumped like rubbish.

"I want those who committed this act to be punished but so far they have not, they are free. Honour killing is murder. This is a barbaric act."

Despite the outrage, recent calls by the Kurdish MP Narmin Osman to outlaw honour killings have been blocked by fundamentalists. "Honour killings are not actually a crime in the eyes of the government," said Houzan Mahmoud, who has had a fatwa on her head since raising a petition against the introduction of sharia law in Kurdistan. "If before there was one dictator persecuting people, now almost everyone is persecuting women.

"In the past five years it is has got [much] worse. It is difficult to described how terrible it is, how badly we have been pushed back to the dark ages. Women are being beheaded for taking their veil off. Self immolation is rising – women are left with no choice. There is no government body or institution to provide any sort of support. Sharia law is being used to underpin government rule, denying women their most basic human rights."

In August last year, the body of 11-year-old Sara Jaffar Nimat was found in Khanaqin, Kurdistan, after she had been stoned and burnt to death. Earlier this month, two brothers and a sister were kidnapped from their home near Kirkuk by gunmen in police uniforms. The brothers were beaten to death and the woman left in a critical condition after being informed that she must obey the rules of an "Islamic state". One week ago, a journalist, Begard Huseein, was murdered in her home in Arbil, northern Iraq. Her husband, Mohammed Mustafa, stabbed her because she was in love with another man, according to local reports.

The stoning death of Ms Aswad led to the establishment of an Internal Ministry unit in Kurdistan to combat violence against women. It reported that last year in Sulaymaniyah, a city of 1 million people, there were 407 reported offences, beheadings, beatings, deaths through "family problems", and threats of honour killings. Rape is not included as most women are too fearful to report it for fear of retribution. Nevertheless, police in Karbala recently revealed 25 reports of rape.

The new Iraqi constitution, according to Mrs Mahmoud, is a mass of confusing contradictions. While it states that men and women are equal under law it also decrees that sharia law – which considers one male witness worth two females – must be observed. The days when women could hold down key jobs or enjoy any freedom of movement are long gone. The fundamentalists have sent out too many chilling messages. In Mosul two years ago, eight women were beheaded in a terror campaign.

"It was really, really horrifying," said Mrs Mahmoud. "Honour killings and murder are widespread. Thousands [of people] ... have become victims of murder, violence and rape – all backed by laws, tribal customs and religious rules. We urge the international community, the government to condemn this barbaric practice, and help the women of Iraq."

Do We Have A Serial Dog Napper On Our Hands?

I recall seeing a similar story to RosaLee's, below, in the news, recently. It must have been from Fox Channel 11, for my little black and white t.v. is normally set to that station. I even sleep with the T.V. on, for the most part. That story had film footage. I just told RosaLee about this on the phone, for she was already at the police station and did not have a chance to see my latest e-mail to her with the update. She had e-mailed me moments before, as I recall. I had a feeling she zipped out the door. She is working hard and fast on getting the story out on all the local news stations. I hope the update helps. I suggested she ask the police and the news stations about this recent story, for I do not have all the facts. This update I gave may help the local police take this story even more seriously. However, I do think the police help with cases such as this, for the whole reasoning behind the issuing of dog tags. God Bless Cindy Lou and RosaLee! Keep your precious pets close to you, as best you can. For poor RosaLee, her pup's a bit of a rascal. She had gotten outside a few times before. RosaLee decided to put up a fence, and while doing so, Cindy Lou got out again! RosaLee ran out to go get Cindy Lou. Cindy Lou went one direction and RosaLee, unfortunately, went the other. By the time RosaLee got around the corner of the direction Cindy went, she made it just in time to talk to a neighbor who said that an Hispanic woman, driving a small, yellow vehicle, whom was in the area doing community service (in the neighborhood of the local courthouse), had just picked up Cindy Lou and took the dog with her in her car. The woman told the neighbor that she had "too many dogs" and was going to take Cindy Lou to the local pound and/or shelter. Shortly after hearing this information, RosaLee discovered that the woman had not. So, where is Cindy Lou? I have a feeling we will get Cindy back. It may just take some time. RosaLee is a responsible woman. She was doing all the right things, and, still, this happened to her and Cindy Lou. What I am concerned with is this: The woman had said she has too many dogs. Was that a Freudian slip? Is she up to no good? We shall see. Cindy Lou looks like a puppy, but is actually older. Again, God Bless Cindy Lou, and God Bless all precious pets and animals around the world. -SDRoads, reporting

could end up being asassinated, due he "is half black, half white".

Here's some interesting facts for you: - They've never released the list of the politicians at JBR's X-Mas party.
- You can find it on the internet that Gary Condit is good friends with Mr. Ramsey.
- You can find it that his stewardess girlfriend describes how Condit likes kinky sex, and has wild sex parties at Gov. Gray's Catalina Island.
- The Ramsey's 1st daughter was apparently also an "Embarrassment" and died an unusually early death, as well.
- The M.O. of the murder overlaps with that of Chandra Levy, Laci Peterson, and others I describe on my website, www.rickhyatt.freeservers.com. I personally witnessed the Condit's works in 1977 while in US Army M.I. and was sworn to secrecy regarding their "Sexual Embarrassment Disposal Svc," as it look like they were targeting Congress for infiltration.
- The new "Touch DNA" found on JBR should be compared with the new-found LA Serial Killer case, as that, too, is "Condit Country." He and his wife do what they do for pleasure, fun, and sexual release, and keep trophies, as well. (That missing toy from JBR's bed?)
- The more interesting is how all these cases end up having L.Wood and Geragos as their attorneys. To include that Aruba case, even. The Condits have always had high-level Police and Political protection, as should be obvious. (It always boils down to "Special Congressional Funding to assist the local Police Force..." And then they find nothing. Same thing happened in the BTK case concerning Vickie Wegerle - And Condit grew up just south of Wichita.)
Be sure to visit my Picasa Albulm on Condit's victims, and you'll see just how far back and how wide his "Services" go.

----- Original Message ----- Subject: Obama clip being pulled and its scary! - please listen to this!!!
WOW !!! he plans on making our country defenseless !

After listening to Obama's speech, you will never have any doubts as to who to vote for - -

Obama's Plan for your defense

TODAY is the day that a leading General in the Russian Army stated that if the USA installed defensive missiles in Poland , it would be provocation worthy of a Russian nuclear attack on Poland . This is the day the Gorbochev stated that he felt that a new cold war was developing. This is a few days after Russia invaded Georgia , shockingly reminiscent of Hitler's occupation of the Sudetenland in Checkoslovokia in 1939. But the hyperlink attached below tells us what Obama plans to do to defend freedom. This video does not tell us what Obama is 'reported' to have said; but shows him saying it!

THE DEMOCRAT PARTY IS TRYING TO HAVE THIS VIDEO PULLED IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE CLICK THE LINK BELOW-

Please send this to ever yone you know today, since it will be pulled off the air soon.

This is an uninterrupted 51-second video of Obama speaking; he's telling us exactly what he will do to the military...watch it before this too is removed off the web site.

Pass it on...the USA needs a Wake-up call. Click on this link.

I don't know if you are the same "anonymous" as earlier, but, thanxx, whoever you are. Here's the thing with that, I know you don't use the term "friend" here literally, I think. But, it still makes me think of how I don't really have any old friends from the you know where old forum. It's a long story, but, I'll at least say that much. I don't mind. I am more like the Lone Ranger these days. And that's o.k. This, even though I was told and written to that I was nice and friendly. I might check it out, but, I don't know. Go#, I hope this comment posts. I hope they are not badmouthing me like they do at some other site because I was a supporter of JMK's cause. KIT -SD

I meant to type "venture". I never did. I just wasn't drawn to do it. I did attempt, but, stopped, lost interest. It's just a place where people put one another down, for the most part, it seems. I like this place better. Here, we do mention possible and alleged bad of people, but also mention the good. It's real here; the good, the bad, the indifferent, the truth, all with a happy, festive flair. Thanxx for stopping by. -SDRoads, Administration

On The Wars Of The World And The Death Of The Innocent

During the conversation, which was sparked by the O.J. Simpson case, actually, the following quote came up. I was looking at the crime scene photos of Nicole Brown Simpson. After I saw the two victims without the drapery, I thought, "If he did do it, he's crazy." I told this to my friend, and then said, "Because (in looking at the crime scene photos) this is much more than a crime of passion." Then I told him of my post a few posts down which shows a child, a baby, an innocent, dead from WAR. Then my friend said the following:

You would have thought that people would have learned through the centuries. That's one of the reasons why I hate religion, because it kills people. People are fanatical. -My friend

Students Worried

Will the funds be there? Are they, we, a forgotten lot? Which all brings me back to one of my concerns I mentioned a few days ago. It*s the issue of Class and the Class system. Are the lowest class members in our society a forgotten lot as well? More to come, with clear cut examples. *SDRoads

Simply riveting! The Debates are on again. I wish I had time to report that it would be on and at what time because I had forgotten and missed just over half. Oh well, Life happens. I was lucky. My local shoppe had it on. I hurried home. Now I need someone to report to me! Haha What did I miss? So far, I heard about medical care and insurance coverage issues. Now, it*s a critical discussion about war, and whether in or out, all the issues that come along with that. *SDRoads, reporting

Saturday 4 October 2008

This Saturday Morn

Just woke up not too long ago, and slowly, my thoughts had turned to O.J. Then I thought of how some were crying for him, and how others must be rejoicing. What an interesting world we live in, which is, most times, sad. And I wonder why no one had coverage on the Goldman*s and Nicole*s family, let alone, O.J.*s kids. The news is no respecter of persons, nor of what hour it is. I*m surprised Pap, along with Crews, were not outside their homes, making noise, regardless of the time, forcing them to look out to just beyond their front lawns. *SDRoads

To Get One*s Affairs In Order

I don*t even think that*s what the no longer alleged victim wanted. The judge didn*t even seem happy about it. And O.J. seemed to not want for anyone to see him cry, well beyond the "Don`t let them see you sweat" mentality, and I think I know why. And, with sadness, that is my commentary. *SD

Friday 3 October 2008

No more trips to the golf course for O.J?

And I just got my golf shirt. We*re prayin for ya O.J. *SDRoads and Camp

He*s so sad. He can*t cry.

All motions denied. Date of sentencing, December 5th, 9 a.m. That will be the only case for that day. He and his friend off for jail. Possible life sentence hanging over him, over them. Friends, family, and Associates sad. *SD

Guilty On All Counts

Poor O.J. Some really love him. Lights out! Time out at a 11. On this 13th Anniversary of the double murder aquital. His eyes. He*s so sad. Nancy Grace will have a field day with this. Live from Las Vegas. *SDRoads, reporting

Extra Credit

She just got a laugh at an attempt at a joke (a successful attempt. Wink). They like her. ... Oh! She just did it again. They both had. And according to the hostess, we "are all getting extra credit" tonight. Palin is for the people, ALL the people. And Biden does try to be understanding. He almost got chocked up. He is successfully understanding. May the best "man", human, win. I am so grateful that... Ooopps! It slipped my mind as my sweet Shanathan makes a paper ghost out of tissues in preparation for Halloween. And a big shout out to God the father for making this all possible for me to report and lay down commentary tonight. Thanxx God. He knows what I mean. Up next, My Thoughts On The Class System. To sum up things here in the sentimemt department, I am most sure both Presidential hopefulls are very proud of their running mates. See ya next week, y*all. Have a good night now, ya hear? *SDRoads, out

Full of Heart

Biden is good, really good. The reason I like Palin so much this day is because of moments like the following: Teary eyed, she stated she*s happy they both love Isreal, her and Senator Biden. She*s a very well rounded individual. *SD

Just Wonderin Myself

I wonder who John Ramsey will be voting for... I also wonder who JMK is rooting for, for that matter. *SDRoads

The Coin Toss

Well, it*s here. Loved the way the two opponents greeted each other. This will be the most watched debate, partly because a majority says Palin*s recent interviews were not strong enough. Well, she*s sharp tonight, I tell you what. Some of her words are pure gold. And did you hear what she said about "fear in parent*s voices"? I feel she will really look after us ALL, and help to guide this country in the right direction. McCain must be proud. As for Biden, his opponent or himself, which is his biggest trouble? That asked by some. This is a bit hard. To be completely open with y*all, I like them all, all 4 of the headhonchos. Another tough thing is the time the debates come on round these parts. I mean, for the most part, this is a working America, full of the hum of running businesses and hard working families and individuals, working hard on the necessary tasks set before them. I mean, who has time to watch T.V. at 6 o`clock? Oh well, I
guess that*s what modern technology is for., mechanisms that record. Go figure. Anyway, the debate that*s going on right now was worth changing my schedule. I*m doin* 3 things at once right now: Watching the debate, reporting on it, and helping my youngest with his homework. Keep multi~tasking America! *SDRoads

P.S.

Hey guys, don*t forget to watch the Vice Presidential Debate, 6 p.m., P.S.T. I am restructuring my schedule right now to fit it in. It*s important. *SDRoads

Have a great weekend everyone.

More than likely, hopefully, rather, my weekend is starting tomorrow. I shall see tonight when I make my schedule. I won't be working on this site for a few days, if my schedule permits it. If I don't, I will miss it, but, I also want a long weekend to myself for me and my family. I hope you all stay safe... and warm. It seems as though winter wants to start early.
