that my back (upper, as well) is throbbing, too, especially when I lie on it. When I stand, it seems to tense greatly. And spasm on and off constantly now. BUT SNL IS REALLY GREAT! ^_^ And Scarlett Johansson looks great and sings varied ways very well. Will be looking up that remedy on Google soon. Always research what you do first. ... Forgot where I left off. My kidneys/lower back, especially my left side, beginning to slightly spasm and hurt. Good news is, SNL is on soon. :) That's Saturday Night Live. Well, it is more aloe vera juice, water, and fresh cranberries for me, now. It really helps. Along with antibiotics and anti inflammatory med. Feel dehydrated in my abdomen and back, in the organs. I have been given a homeopathic remedy for that. But probably should wait until my antibiotics are done. Then it is probiotics, cranberry of varying type, water, and remedy all the way. To Empower

In family news, I really empowered myself today in the medical field. Thanxx to a little push or two, or three. I like to empower myself, but it was because of 3 individual people that I decided to do that empowering I had planned for another time today, instead. I will explain more later. It is something that can help anyone, and everyone. Thanxx you three.

And in other family news, after viewing some of the basketball game at the gym, I was able to play an exciting game of Four Square outside. Yee Haw that was fun!! And, it was great exercise and sporting, as well. Make a trip to your local community gym. It will be worth it. -SD Roads, reporting

The Weather

The weather is so beautiful today. It is just after the rain. The mountains are so clear, yet with a hint of mist. And I got to walk my Shanathan in it! My eldest son, Joe, took the bus. His school is farther away. Lovely day! -SD

To Relax With A Good Book

Had a great dinner with Shanathan. I ordered the Holiday Slam at Denny's. The cranberry pancakes were delightful, and great for the kidney infection I have. I am at home, tootsies up, great Sunday night lineup on the tube in the backround, relaxing, embarking on a good book. I had gone to Pavillions and discovered a half price book sale. :D If you like books like I do, and live in or near Los Angeles, you should call your local Pavillions and see if they are participating in the book sale. Ahh At home, with me tootsies up, relaxing.

Watching a little t.v. About to look at the event book publication and plan out part of my holidays and put it on calendar. That's the Mom's Family Calendar, by Boynton. Great line of products. I highly recommend the one I have. It is a 17 month school year calendar. It even has a drop down storage pocket. A must for all moms... and dads, and all caretakers of children. $12.99 in the U.S.

Wondering how the elections went. Not doing the party thing. Will catch the news later. But, first, perhaps a little green tea and honey, nice and hot. It is a cozy night tonight.
