The Weather Forecasted

The weather is in for a change. I can tell by the cloud formations.
And that change I am referring to is the semi-permanent change, not
the latest quick adjustment from our overcaste days to bright sunny
skies. Summer is almost here. *SD

Californian Update

Some people are still a bit confused as to what is going on here. What I mean by that is, not everyone is on the same page. Many hear conflicting reports as to what others hear. Get on the same page, Californians. I know it is NOT your fault. But, it will be your fault if you don't try to at this point, knowing of all the confusion that is out there.
