Family News- The Journal
In our new segment called, The Family Journal, the first post: Just sittin' at McDonalds with the kid, listening to the relaxing oldies, from the 40s and 50s, they play here. At the other one, where we used to live, nothing but classical. And I love that they sell such healthy~for~you food here, at affordable prices. Next stop, the movie theatre. It is poorin` down rain here. I*m still sick. My whole abdomen seems to be runnin` a 3 ring circus, with the heart and stomach as joint ring masters. Shanathan is o.k. I am looking forward to seeing my dad on Monday. *SD

The President To Speak To The Public
He is scheduled to speak to a waning public in the hopes to stimulate
excitment and general acceptance about the stimulus package he
proposes. The Senate is fighting off the package. Former Presidential
Republican candidate, McCain, who ran against Obama in the last
election, feels the package will not work for the intended purpose.
From a more close to home vantage point for many, certain county
departments are subject to furloughs, where many employees are to take
mandatory non paid days off, every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month.
From the state*s end, our California Governor has been cracking down.
The mandatory unpaid vacation days, if you will, cause some problems.
However, both the Governor and the President are doing what they do to
help bring relief to our current economic crises. As far as the
upcoming President*s speech, it is scheduled for Monday at 5 p.m. I
assume that is PST. I will look into it, and report here if I find
