Our Local Weather Segment

UPDATE: Oh my goodness! I just went out to check the mail. It is frickin freezing outside. And the winds are a lot stronger than I expected them to be. Again, as before, the weather reminds me of when I traveled to Desert Hot Springs. I hope it does not rain when I take my son to school, and then myself on to my campus, tomorrow. Sweet dreams every body. Don*t let your dreams get rained out. *SD

Oh my baby! MY BAABEEE!!

My Shanathan just informed me that he will donating the money that the ToothFairy will be bringing him. It will go to his classroom charity, Pennies For Patients. It is designed for the children that don*t have the money from their parents or caretakers, "so they can see the doctor"., according to Shanathan, as he said with a sweet smile on his face. Inspired by my little Prince, I will be donating, too... twice. wink wink ;) :) *SD

On The Family Front

Shanathan just lost his second tooth a little while ago!! Oh my
littlest baby boy. He*s getting ready for the tooth fairy right now.
:) ;) *SD

Is it me, or does there seem to be a lot of issues with satellites these days?

Not to sound out there, or anything. LoL But, seriously. *SD

First Order of Business

The first thing I am going to report, regarding the President*s speech, is something I regret to report. Four men serving in Iran were killed today, serving our country, serving us, serving people across the world. I salute you. Our hearts are with those four and their friends and families. The rest I will report in increments, for life kicks in, I have things to do, and I can*t let technology slow me down. Some will be in commentary form. If you missed it, I am sure the speech by the President will be available for repeat, via Internet and t.v. As for us, my family member that met with tragedy late last night, quite early this morning, is not as bad off as first reported to me. However, I have not heard from this individual, nor can this individual be reached at this time. There are at least four of us reaching out. This whole thing has disrupted my whole day, and brought a heavy heart, sadness, and worry. Interestingly enough, the entire fiasco could have been avoided, if only both gentle and strong advice were utilized over the last month. Further, the fiasco created a domino effect. As I listened to our President speak a bit ago (for those of us in America whom are citizens, though I think the perpetual world was listening on), I diligently text typed a report. It was after when it dawned on me, that what America faces collectively, those issues can also hit us directly and on a more personal level. It is like equal ratios with different numbers. I like Obama*s approach. I must emulate that, and carry it into my own life. He is a no nonsense man, with a strong sense of ethics. As he stated in his speech, he wants to start a trend that he would like for all us to follow suit. Obama, I think, will serve our country well. He is long suffering and hard working. Many a great candidate ran for this past Presidential Election. Many of whom could have done a brilliant job. But, one had to win. I find Obama can bring strength to those whose strength are waning. Long live the President! And that is my commentary... and salute. Now, I must go tend to my possibly stress related and simultaneously asthma and pleurisy attacks. Again, I must become even more no nonsense than I already am, and not allow chaos into my life, even through the domino effect. These things CAN be thwarted. In the words of President Obama, and Bob the Builder, giggle, "Yes we can!!" *SDRoads

SDRoads' Real Time Report Ruined By Technology

I have decided to no longer report via Yahoo, despite they offer the
best format. When posts are sent through Yahoo, they always come out
in perfect paragraph form. I regret to report I just lost everything I
text typed with regard to the current Presidential News Conference. I
will try to recapture some of the high lights in my initial partial
report I just attempted to send off. *SD THIS POST DELAYED DUE TO
CALL FROM MY CHURCH. *SD

The Moon

What a beautiful moon sheepishly peeking through misty and oppulent clouds, out my second story window, to lull me to sleep the hour away. And our prayers go out to those who suffered at the ultra devastating hands of arsonists in Australia. A woman from the business meeting I mentioned a bit earlier has family there, and had just recently gone there. A lovely lady, I hope her and her family are safe, on behalf of SDRoads and Family and Crew

O.k. I am determined to get an hour*s sleep!

Just after Couric*s interview of Sully, the hero of the Hudson. I seem
to like the news. *SD

Hi. Itz me update.

Well, I*m feelin' a bit better. I spoke with a family member in England. He always knows the right words to say to make me feel better. I noticed it years ago. I don*t think he*s even aware of that. I am going to see my dad later today, anyway. That will help, too. It*s now pouring down rain here. Windows are starting to chatta. You know, if it is that bad later today, the weather, I may have to cancel my trip to Glendale later on this morning. I don*t know. I shouldn*t. I meet my dad halfway. He takes me the rest, and we have breaky together before my business meeting. He waits for me and takes me back to the halfway point, though today he planned on taking me all the way home. It*s quite lovely, actually. We*ll have to see how it goes with this weather. We*ll call one another. I*ve been pacing the floor since I got the dreaded phone call harboring bad news. I*ve also been spontaneously rocking out to the tunes of me new weather channel on HDTV,
WHILE PACING! LoL ... Still pacing. I guess no rest for me tonight. I*ll try to find a movie, though the weather channel is a bit hipnotic. HIP, get it? Haha. Anyway, I took a lorazepam to calm my nerves at 2.43, amist all that devastation. I will lay down in a few moments. I hope we all have a blessed day. For all you locals, now it*s been forecasted the rains will continue on until next week, on and off like. I hope the buses don*t flood again. For all you late nighters, go back to sleep now. ;) *SD P.S. I guess me boat trip is off next weekend.

im surprised i am not having a chest cramp and palpitations right now. I just received devastating news. My hand is shaking. Oh God. Please.

Well, here is that time slot I promised. Fox Network*s, The Doll House, premiers this coming Friday, at 9 p.m., P.S.T. That*s locally, on channel 11. Check your local Fox Listings for times and channels, if not sure. The show airs just after Terminator~ The Sarah Conor Chronicles. It*s predicted they will be two great shows, back to back. Two shows with with two young lady actresses, one in each, that look like they could be sisters. You should see the promos, with the gals back to back, literally. *SDRoads

All Snug As A Bug In A Rug

Well, I*m all tucked in. Just catchin' some Oprah. Maybe even a Sunday
night movie. They changed all programing, so I don*t know. There are
some good hour long shows on around this time, as I recall. I*m about
to find out. It rained here today. The weather girl was wrong. LoL
Busy day tomorrow. Time to unwind with the tube and the heating pad.
Goodnight everybody. I know there was something else I wanted to
write, but can*t remember. Oh yeah, I*m feeling better. :) *SD
