Help Locate A Killer

POLICE SEEK PUBLIC'S HELP IN LOCATING MURDER SUSPECT

The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect wanted for the murder of a man who was fatally shot.

On Friday, August 25, 2006, officers from the Long Beach Police Department responded to the 1800 block of Lime Avenue regarding a shots fired call that resulted in the death of Leonel Gonzalez, a 14-year-old Long Beach resident.

The preliminary investigation revealed that Gonzalez was part of a group that was involved in a physical confrontation with another 14-year-old Long Beach juvenile. After the confrontation, the aforementioned juvenile threatened to shoot the opposing group. A short time later, he returned with a group of subjects.

A member of that group, identified as 18-year-old Kun Lyna Chan Tauch of Long Beach, is believed to have fired into Gonzalez’s group, fatally wounding him. Suspect Tauch is described, as a male Cambodian, 5’9” in height, weighs 170 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. He also goes by the names of Kun Tauch and Kunlyna Tauch.

The juvenile who was involved in the initial confrontation has been arrested, but Tauch remains at large.

This "Murder" was caught and given two life sentences for the killing an angel.

There is justice...
