	Dennis McCarthy calls it quits. A newspaperman from, (Do I dare say way back? What the hay? He would.) way back, has decided to say "goodbye" to readers, faithful and non. He had become known as the voice and heart of the Daily News through out the years and years. He stills has some original tools of the trade he utilized when he first started out. I think that is grand. A great writer, he is, who never gave up his penny pinching job in pursuit of a job with more financial reward, all in order to continue to both educate and entertain us with his wit and charm.
