I apologize that, though it is structured in such a way as to warn people of two alleged violent rapists, further, to help an unnamed victim, I can not publish your comment. I must do fact checks, etc. However, if this checks out I promise to do all I can to help "stop" this, as you ask. I will be calling the police of that local area momentarilly. Please tell the victim that he or she does not deserve to feel ashamed and to contact the police immediately. If it checks out, he or she may be able to save someone else's life.
