IN TODAY'S NEWS

For our Local, International, and Family News spot, this just in:

2 buses and 2 trains, TWICE, in one day!! SDRoads doing better.
Local kidnapping- A mother, whom abandoned her child after birth, has kidnapped him after requesting to visit with him, allegedly saying to the father, "You will never see him again.", and to the aunt, allegedly, "It is the only way I can make money." The aunt has pleaded on t.v. for people to help locate her nephew. She claims, as tears stream out of her eyes, lips quivering, "He is in danger. ... He is in danger!"
Local murder- Daughter pleads with a 911 dispatcher, asking for help. I don't want my mommy to die was the theme of the phone call. The girl called as her mother was being stabbed, repeatedly, with a SWORD, as their children looked on.
Local, and close to home, issue with bank- I'm talking Indy Mac. My father was warned by a BofA employee, after having taken out a large sum of his money and making mention he wanted to put the cash into an Indy Mac account, not to do it. He was warned to be careful. The employee knew in advance the sh## was going to hit the fan, over at Indy. My father was still interested in investing over there, but, never did. Luckily for him, his money is secure. Unluckily for all of us, the word is other banks will be experiencing similar problems, as well. We are not out of the woods yet. Fortunately, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are doing fine!

Gotta jet. -SD
