I was watching tv Friday afternoon. I switched to a show called "Inside Edition" just in the middle of a story, where Deborah Norville was saying that Brooke Simmons has left John Mark Karr. That really got my attention. Then she said "that’s coming next on Inside Edition". I could not find any other information until later when I found a replay of the show This time I saw the whole story, and it was a short promo, for their next show. Apparently it will be aired on Monday 9/8. The headline they announced was "John Mark Karr dumped by his fiance, next Inside Edition". On the short video clip an announcer asks "he made you cry every day?" and they show Brooke nodding her head. Then the announcer says "What was it like being engaged to John Mark Karr?" And Brooke says "I dont know how I survived it, honestly" Since this was filmed and has already been shown as a promo for Inside Edition, it must have happened a few days ago, at least. I just hope that John Mark and Brooke are both doing OK.
